THE UPPER DECK
Do you allow outside catering?
We do not allow outside catering. However, we do allow dessert to be brought in for a small fee of $50.00
Do you allow longer than a four hour rental?
Yes! Please contact us for more information.
How many guests can I have?
For a sit-down meal, we can accommodate up to 70. For mingling, we can accommodate up to 100.
Do you have an elevator?
Unfortunately, we do not. The only way to access the space is by a flight of stairs.
Are there bathrooms inside?
The Upper Deck contains two bathrooms.
Do you allow live entertainment?
Yes! However, if you have live music, the patio doors must remain closed.
Do you have a specific vendor list?
We do not. Other than catering, you can use whoever you would like.
Can we come by boat to your restaurant?
Absolutely, however, boat parking is extremely limited. Reservations do not ensure that there will be a spot for you to park your boat upon arrival. We do not advise guests to come by boat on holiday weekends.
Do you have on-site parking?
Yes, we do have on-site parking; however, due to limited parking, if you have over 70 guests, we ask that you have them bussed or shuttled in. For more information, contact your Event Coordinator.
Do you have valet parking?
During our peak season at PIER 290, we have valet parking available for guests on the weekends. We ask all guests to utilize this to maximize the parking spots for guests.
Is there a rental fee?
There is a rental fee. Please contact us to learn more.
What is included in the rental fee?
Included in the rental fee is the use of tables, chairs, and standard table linen. We have 60″ round or 8′ rectangular tables available.

We do not allow outside catering. However, we do allow dessert to be brought in for a small fee of $50.00
How many guests can I have?
For a sit-down meal, we can accommodate up to 250 guests.
How early can we get in to set up/decorate?
You will have access to the space starting at 9:00am until midnight on the day of your event.
What time does my event need to conclude?
All events must end by 11:00pm.
Can we pick up any decor, flowers, and other miscellaneous items the following day?
Everything must be removed from the space by midnight on the night of the event unless approved before your event by your Event Coordinator.
Do you allow live entertainment?
Yes!
Do you provide a stage or allow for one to be brought in?
We do not provide a stage but you may have one brought in.
